Yes. Club Betsy Jane membership makes a thoughtful and unique gift that lasts all year and is customized for each season. Enter the name and shipping address of the person who will receive the gift and let them know that moments of peace are on the way.
How do I receive a discount for Betsy Jane products?
Log in with your email, and you will be instructed how to use your discounts.
How do I change my shipping address?
Log in to your account and update your shipping address. Shipping addresses need to be updated by the end of the first month of the quarter for packages received in the next quarter.
Change of shipping address deadlines include:
i. Oct. 31 for the Q1 box
ii. Jan. 31 for the Q2 box
iii. April 30 for the Q3 box
iv. June 30 for the Q4 box
Does Club Betsy Jane Membership automatically renew?
Members pay $199 for an annual membership, then receive an email notification with the option to renew before their membership expires.
How do I cancel my Club Membership?
Club Betsy Jane is final sale. You can log in and cancel your annual membership before it renews annually.
Do I have to pay for shipping for one of the quarterly boxes containing the gift set?
Shipping is free for your Club Betsy Jane membership of your quarterly boxes and free for all other orders over $150.
How do I gift one or more Club Memberships?
You can only purchase one Club Membership at a time. To gift a membership, start here, select send as a gift, and add the receiver's email address and shipping address on the checkout screen.
